Have you ever wondered who Jesus is and how you can get to know Him? Some say I am not good enough, Jesus says you are. Some say I have done too much bad He’ll never accept me.
Jesus says call on Me. Jesus is one of the best decisions you will ever make.
He is there, willing to take care of you. He gives direction, hope, and loves you more than anyone or anything in the world can. He can help free you from hurt, worry, anxiety, and give you purpose.
He does not condemn you for who you are or turn his back on you. He loves you even with all the imperfections, even the things nobody else knows about you.
Do You Hear That
Sometimes we lie to ourselves so we feel better, trying to justify what we do. We can feel it in our heart that something is not right, we keep on doing it anyway.
Some call it a conscience, when it is really Him trying to guide you away from our bad choices, He knows the outcome.
We feel it, just a tiny bit of love not knowing exactly what it is. We’ll turn our backs on it because we are afraid where it might lead.
It is a curious feeling, but we try to convince ourselves it can be done later, done better, or we’re not good enough.
What you’re feeling is the love that is a gift God gives, and there is so much more that not everyone realizes come from God. They are called the fruit of the spirit:
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Galatians 5:22-23 ESV
These “fruit” are gifts God has given every one of us. God’s been there even when you did not realize it.
If you have ever been happy, have been kind, or were able to control yourself in a bad situation, and wondered how. It was God.
Jesus does not want you to hurt or hurt others. Ask Him to be your guide, He will give you unending direction when He you ask Him to be part of your life.
Drink of Jesus has been down that road. Through a lot of prayer and a ton of mistakes, we want to help others not have to take the hard path. With God’s help we have tried to create a safe space for everyone.
